Sun Life Financial Philippine Headquarters

Sun Life Financial Philippine Headquarters located at Taguig City is a 14-storey building with LEED – Gold Version 2.0 Certification for its Core & Shell, and LEED – Platinum Version 2.0 Certification for its Interior Design.

Uptown Place 3 & 4

Uptown Place 3 & 4 located at Taguig City are composed of 25 office levels and 20 office levels, respectively, a roof deck, and one machine room level. It is certified with LEED –Gold for Core & Shell Version 3.0.

Uptown Mall and BPO Offices 1 & 2

Uptown Mall and BPO Offices 1 & 2 located at Taguig City is LEED – Silver for Core & Shell Version 3.0 certified. The mall and the offices share a 6-level basement. The Uptown Mall has 7 storeys, while the BPO Offices 1 & 2 have 17 storeys each.

Ore Central

This 32-storey office tower with 5 basements is located at Taguig City. The building also received the “Best Green Development Award” at the 2015 Philippine Property Award. It is also certified with LEED – Platinum for Core & Shell Version 3.0.

Asian Development Bank Headquarters

Asian Development Bank Headquarters Building Expansion at Mandaluyong City is a 9-storey office building with roof deck. It is LEED – Gold for New Construction Version 3.0 Certified.

The Seasons Residences

The Seasons Residences is a rising four-tower development in Fort Bonifacio, promising luxurious Japanese-inspired living. This project is set to redefine urban living with world-class amenities.

Grand Hyatt Manila/Metrobank Office

EEI proudly constructed the Grand Hyatt Manila/Metrobank Office, the Philippines' tallest building at 318 meters. Our expertise was crucial in executing the complex civil, structural, and architectural elements of this iconic 66-storey skyscraper.

Unioil Tower

EEI completed the Unioil Tower, a premier 38-storey commercial development. The high-rise achieved LEED Gold certification and received accolades in the Overall and High-Rise Structure categories at the 2023 Philippine Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards (PECCA).

SM Four E-Com Center

In 2020, EEI successfully completed the SM Four E-Com Center, a major three-tower complex in Mall of Asia. This LEED Gold-certified office space highlights our expertise in large-scale developments.

The Finance Center

The Finance Center, a LEED Gold-certified office tower, rises prominently in the heart of BGC, Taguig. This 32-storey building provides premium workspaces with a focus on sustainable design.
